After you have enrolled, if you have questions relating to the course material, a licensed real estate instructor will be available for questions Monday through Friday between 9:00 A.M. EST and 5:00 P.M. EST.

We encourage students to e-mail the instructor with questions regarding the video streaming course at instructors@cookeschool.com. With an e-mail to the instructor, the student will have a written document of the response.

For questions by e-mail, there is a 24 Hour response time Monday through Friday, E-mails over Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday will be returned the first business day.

• Students must be able to successfully view and hear the streaming video on the previous page or the Home Page before registering for this course.

1. This course is composed of 6 sessions plus an orientation session.  After viewing session presentation,, the student must complete the module/chapter assessment. The student must score a minimum of 80% on each session assessment before being able to assess the next session. If score is less than the required 80% students can repeat quiz as many times as necessary to pass.
2. Completing each assessment quiz is the most important part of the course, because as the student works through these sessions, it demonstrates mastery of the course.
3. A student can not move onto the next unit without passing the previous one.  Once the student completes the orientation and the six sessions, the student can take the Summary Quiz. 
4. Upon completion of the summary quiz the student must complete these forms and fax into the school

5. Required Forms for Completion Certification: 

   Upon completing the required course there are two (2) required documents needed to be faxed to the school to receive completion certification. Fax number is 1-866-280-5948

1. Once the student purchases this course, the student CANNOT get a refund.
2. Once the student purchases the course, the student has one year to complete the program.
3. This streaming video course does not require additional textbook support and NO additional course material is needed; however, Cooke supplies supplemental study material for the student's State Exam preparation.   Once the student registers for the course, an e-mail will be sent to student with the user name and password to access recorded stream of the course. Plus, students can find other wonderful additional study materials at the Cooke Bookstore.
4. If the student fails the second time the student will need to retake the On-line course again and the student will need to pay the full tuition fee again
5. The student can work through the course at the student's convenience.
6. This course is NOT designed to be printed for security purposes and copy right regulations.
7. At the time of registration for the streaming video course, the student will receive an e-mail from Cooke School, verifying the student's registration.
8. Every student must agree to the following affidavit: "I _______certify that I personally completed all assignments for the computer-based distance learning course listed above.  My work is based on my own personal efforts, unassisted by any unauthorized individual or resource and has not been altered or tampered with in any way.  I understand that receiving unauthorized assistance or tampering with results will invalidate my course credit and may be a cause of action under the real estate laws and regulation of Alabama.  I also certified that I have successfully completed all modules of the course and met the clock hour requirement."
