| How
does an On-line program work?
-
This course is composed of 31 unit/Chapters.
Each unit has four sections: Reading Assignment,
Interactive Exercises, Reading Comprehensive
Quiz and a Unit Exam.
-
Each unit/Chapter has Reading Assignment.
The course is designed with learning objectives
so as the student goes through the unit, the
student knows what the objectives are.
-
Every Reading Comprehension Quiz needs to completed
as does each Unit Exams. The student needs
to obtain 100% on the Reading Comprehensive
quizzes and a minimum of 90% on the Unit Exams.
This is the most important part of this course,
because as the student works through these modules
it demonstrates mastery of the course. If the
student does not recieve the required exam course
on any of the Reading Comprehensive quizzes
or the Unit Exam, the student just take the
quiz again. This course is designed around
the student learning the material to pass the
end-of-course and the important State Exam.
-
A student can move on to the next unit without
passing the previous one but they won't be able
to access the final exam until everything is
complete and passed.
-
The student must complete all quizzes before
e-mailing the school that they have completed
the on-line portion of the course.
-
The course final end-of-course exam is a proctored
exam with 100 multiple choice questions and
the student needs to score a 70% on the exam
